myBoard 개인정보처리방침

myBoard(이하 “서비스”)는 화면 위 요소의 배치를 편집하는 웹사이트(https://myboard.my), 북마클릿, 크롬 확장 프로그램 “myBoard 사이트 점검”으로 이루어져 있습니다. 서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
서비스에는 회원 가입과 로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 레이아웃 데이터의 저장
- 이용자가 만든 레이아웃과 설정은 이용자 브라우저의 저장소(localStorage, IndexedDB)에만 저장되며, 서비스 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 배경 그림(화면 캡처)도 이용자 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 브라우저 데이터를 삭제하면 레이아웃도 함께 삭제됩니다. 보관이 필요하면 편집기의 “백업 받기”로 파일을 저장하시기 바랍니다. 백업 파일은 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 공유 링크는 레이아웃 내용을 주소의 # 뒷부분에 담습니다. 이 부분은 서버로 전송되지 않지만, 링크를 받은 사람은 누구나 그 내용을 볼 수 있습니다.
3. 북마클릿과 크롬 확장 프로그램
- 이용자가 직접 실행한 페이지에서만, 실행한 때에만 동작합니다.
- 읽는 정보는 다음으로 한정됩니다.
- 화면에 떠 있는 요소(고정된 머리글, 떠 있는 버튼, 대화상자 등)와 그 안에 있는 버튼, 링크, iframe의 위치와 크기
- 그 요소들의 배치를 알아보는 데 쓰는 스타일 값: 위치 방식(position)과 위치를 정한 CSS 값(top, right, bottom, left), 쌓임 순서(z-index), 모서리 둥글기, 보이는지와 투명도, 바탕색, 바탕 그림, 테두리, 그림자가 있는지, 스크롤되는지, 마우스 커서 모양
- 요소를 구별하는 데 쓰는 역할(role 속성, 태그 이름, 입력칸의 종류), id, 클래스 이름, data-testid 값
- 그 요소들에 화면으로 표시된 글자와 접근성 이름(aria-label, aria-labelledby가 가리키는 요소의 글자, title, 그림의 alt, 아이콘의 제목, 입력칸의 placeholder). 요소마다 앞의 40자까지 읽습니다. 버튼뿐 아니라 떠 있는 패널, 알림 띠, 대화상자의 글자도 포함되므로, 페이지가 그 자리에 표시하던 이름이나 이메일 주소 같은 개인정보가 함께 읽힐 수 있습니다.
- 페이지의 도메인 이름(예: example.com), 화면 크기, 확대 배율과 기기 픽셀 비율, 화면 가장자리의 안전 영역 크기, 입력 장치의 종류(손가락 또는 마우스), 화면 대부분을 그리는 게임 엔진의 이름, 안을 볼 수 없는 다른 사이트 iframe의 수
- 입력칸(input, textarea 등)에 입력된 값, 편집할 수 있는 영역의 글자, 쿠키, 브라우저 저장소, 방문 기록, 페이지 주소의 경로와 검색어는 읽지 않습니다.
- 읽은 내용은 이용자의 클립보드와 이용자가 연 myBoard 창으로만 전달되며, 이용자 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 북마클릿과 확장 프로그램이 네트워크를 쓰는 일은 이용자가 “myBoard로 보내기”를 눌러 myBoard 편집기 페이지를 새 창으로 여는 것뿐입니다. 이때 읽던 페이지의 주소는 리퍼러(Referer)로도 보내지 않으며, 읽은 내용은 그 창에 기기 안에서 직접 전달됩니다.
- 크롬 확장 프로그램은 activeTab과 scripting 권한만 사용합니다. 툴바 아이콘을 누른 탭에서만 추출 코드를 실행하며, 다른 탭이나 방문 기록에는 접근하지 않습니다.
- 읽은 내용은 미리보기에서 이용자가 고른 경우에만 레이아웃으로 저장되며, 이용자는 저장하기 전에 사이트에서 읽은 글자를 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 외부로 전송되는 정보
- 글자 읽기 기능(캡처 속 글자 인식)은 처음 사용할 때 jsDelivr(cdn.jsdelivr.net)에서 프로그램(Tesseract.js)과 언어 데이터를 내려받습니다. 이때 그림이나 레이아웃은 전송되지 않으며, 일반적인 웹 요청과 같이 IP 주소 등 접속 정보가 jsDelivr에 전달될 수 있습니다.
- 웹사이트를 제공하는 호스팅 업체(Vercel)는 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 요청 시각 등)을 처리할 수 있습니다. 서비스 운영자는 이 기록을 이용자 식별이나 분석에 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 쿠키와 분석 도구
서비스는 쿠키, 광고, 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 제공과 판매
서비스는 이용자 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

myBoard Privacy Policy

myBoard (the “Service”) consists of a website for arranging on-screen elements (https://myboard.my), a bookmarklet, and the Chrome extension “myBoard Site Check”. The Service does not collect personal information.
1. Personal information we collect
The Service has no sign-up or login and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses or phone numbers.
2. Where layouts are stored
- Layouts and settings are stored only in your browser’s storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) and are never sent to our servers.
- Background images (screenshots) are also stored only in your browser and are never uploaded.
- Clearing your browser data also deletes your layouts. Use “백업 받기” (Download backup) in the editor to keep a copy; backup files are saved only on your device.
- Share links carry the layout in the part of the address after #. That part is not sent to any server, but anyone who has the link can see the layout.
3. Bookmarklet and Chrome extension
- They run only on a page where you start them, and only when you start them.
- What they read is limited to:
- the position and size of elements floating on the screen (fixed headers, floating buttons, dialogs and the like) and of the buttons, links and iframes inside them;
- the style values used to understand their placement: the positioning scheme and positioning CSS values (top, right, bottom, left), stacking order (z-index), corner radius, visibility and opacity, whether they have a background color, background image, border or shadow, whether they scroll, and the mouse cursor shape;
- the values used to tell those elements apart: role (the role attribute, the tag name and the input type), id, class names and data-testid values;
- the text displayed in those elements and their accessible names (aria-label, the text of elements referenced by aria-labelledby, title, image alt text, icon titles, input placeholders), up to the first 40 characters per element. This includes the text of floating panels, banners and dialogs, not only buttons, so names or email addresses that the page displays there may be read as well;
- the page’s domain name (for example, example.com), the screen size, zoom level and device pixel ratio, the size of the screen’s safe areas, the input type (touch or mouse), the name of the game engine when one draws most of the screen, and the number of third-party iframes whose content cannot be read.
- They do not read values typed into input fields, text in editable areas, cookies, browser storage, browsing history, or the path and query of the page address.
- What they read is passed only to your clipboard and to the myBoard window you open. It never leaves your device. The only network activity is opening the myBoard editor page in a new window when you click “myBoard로 보내기” (Send to myBoard). The address of the page you captured is not sent, not even as a Referer, and the captured data is handed to that window directly on your device.
- The Chrome extension uses only the activeTab and scripting permissions. It runs its capture script only in the tab where you click the toolbar icon and has no access to other tabs or your history.
- Captured data becomes a layout only if you choose so in the preview, and you can remove the text read from the site before saving.
4. Information sent to third parties
- The text recognition feature downloads its program (Tesseract.js) and language data from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) the first time you use it. No images or layouts are sent; as with any web request, connection information such as your IP address may reach jsDelivr.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process access logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to deliver and secure the website. We do not use these logs to identify or analyze users.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses no cookies, advertising or analytics tools.
6. Sharing and selling
Because the Service collects no user information, it does not sell or share user information with third parties.
